SECTION 3. COUNTER-NOTICE
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(g)(3) for further detail):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if your address is outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal court in any district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
SECTION 4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Breno31share has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Breno31share’s sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Breno31share may also at its sole discretion limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
